The wait is over! Our full mod Zenoah 4 bolt 30.5cc is now available. With the higher reliability of these new 4 bolt Zenoah engines we were able to get more power with out sacrificing reliability. We put all of the knowledge that we have picked up from years of dyno and field testing and came up with a monster. To start we completely tear down the engines and do the following modifications:
- Machine combustion chamber for a proper squish clearance with out stacking gaskets
- Reshape the piston
- lighten the piston
- Relieve the piston to prevent seizing
- Modify the intake port for better flow
- Adjust intake timing to our specs
- Resurface all ports
- Modify transfer ports for better flow
- Enlarge and reshape exhaust port
- Adjust exhaust timing to our specs
- Remove stock crank and install 2mm stuffed crank
- Install all new gaskets and c-clips when engine is assembled
- Rebevel all porting and stock bevels to prevent damage to the piston and/or cylinder

If installing this engine in an HPI Baja you either need to modify the Zenoah clutch or install a CY clutch for a direct bolt up.
