These are custom made H1 5T Hummer Rims from RC4WD. There are only 3 of these on the planet that were custom made for a customer who never paid. To order special one-off rims that are this special, you could expect to pay upwards of $800 a set. Its a 3-piece design and the outer rim piece acts as the beadlock. All the screws are functional and are what holds the rims together.
